CSS-Problem in Safari 7 (position: fixed; overflow-y: scroll;)
An element that is positioned "fixed" is not visible in an element with "position: absolute;" and "overflow-y: scroll;"
You see an example here:
In earlier versions like 6.x and other browsers elements are always visible, if position is set to "fixed".
