There are no Apple representatives here, only users like yourself.


Only the carrier to whom the device is locked can authorize it's unlocking. Contact the carrier.

Only T-Mobile can authorize the unlock of the device. Apple does not unlock phones at all. Make sure you are contacting the correct T-Mobile carrier, since they have different branches in different countries.
