Can access email on computer at home but nothing on this at all. Reluctant to change password on device for fear of confusing issue and rendering email unusable on another device!
It seems that the ipod is trying to send mail from one account even though im using a different account. Even when I switch between the two accounts, it stil comes up with the same problem.
It must be an ipod issue.
You can try:
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- Restore from backup. See:
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
However, before restoring to factory settings/new iPod I would change the password.
