Before the last numbers update, I could export files to a PDF and there was an option to keep the page formatting. Now that option is gone. The effect is my six page invoice gets shrunk to a one page PDF. How do I correct this?

Press command+P and it will bring up the document setup. What is most likely happening is that it is autofitting the tables to the page. If you play around wit the formatting here first, it should export like you want.
Thank you, but it is formatted as 6 pages on the print screen, but when I export it, it shrinks to one page. The previous version of numbers gave me an option to use sheet view or page view. Page view would break it down and save it as a 6 page PDF. Why do they mess with things that are not broken???
If it is formatted properly in the print screen, you could click 'Print...' then in the window click 'PDF' in the bottom left and finally 'Save as PDF...'. This will save a pdf with the same formatting as printing.

I was having the same problem but the solution above resulted in my hyperlinks being inactive in the pdf! Evidently, you need to actually use the Export menu option to have a fully hyperlink functional pdf.
Thankfully, I noticed that in the Export... dialog box, (from the File Menu), you can select "Current Sheet" in the Layout field (this field defaults to "All Sheets", it's easy to miss). So select Current Sheet, and voila, you now have a pdf with multiple pages (and clickable hyperlinks!).

We are having a rave about the hyperlink issue in this thread too.
This issue is regarding Numbers 3.1 with not working or mixed up hyperlinks.
