Q: Whenever i close my computer after using it and come back later and open it it makes a noise and is grey and has a loading bar on the bottom how do i get this to go away?

My mac starts but it takes a while and it is kinda annoying

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9), computer starts just takes a while

its a kinda loud start up noise. Sounds like its starts to re start up

and it doesnt happen after shutting down it happens if like i was using my mac in class and i shut it to go the next class and when i open it my mac is grey and loads
