Accessing PhotoStream via iCloud on a PC

I've received an email stating that I've been invited to join a Photo Stream.

When I log onto iCloud on my PC, I don't get an icon for Photos - just Mail, Contacts, Notes etc

How do I access the photos in the Photo Stream?
