Setting default values for the Image Widget

We have a fairly large reference book that is being converted to IBooks Author. The book contains hundreds of line art drawing that are being colored. Because of the large amount of drawing I would like to set some default values on the image widget.

Basically I drag a drawing from the file manager to the page in IBooks Author. I then set the width and height of the drawing, which are the same for each drawing, and then I check “Title” which also sets the background and margin.

I would like to drag an drawing and have all this preset. Is this possible? Do I need to make a new widget and if so, where can I find some instructions?
