Q: Where do I get a Full Installer of ARD 3.7?

I purchased ARD 3 way back before the App store existed.

My 3.3 installer will not install on Mavericks.

Where do I download a full installer of 3.7 that will let me install on Mavericks?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion

I would still like a full 3.7 installer, but ended up hacking open the ARD 3.3 installer and manualy instaling the App so I could then update to ARD 3.7.   It's working now.

The only place to get a full installer for 3.7 would be to buy it from the Mac App Store. Otherwise you have to use the procedure you used, hacking the old installer and then updating.

Has anyone validated whether this works with Yosemite?

I presume you are asking for ARD clients and not the full "server" app that is for sale on the App Store.

If you already have the full 3.x server app, you should be able to upgrade to the one in the App Store.

Here is the apple link for the ARD 3.7 client.

    Apple Remote Desktop 3.7 Client

    Note that

ARD 3.8 clients work for  Yosemite computers.

ARD 3.7 clients work better for non-Yosemite computers.

If you use ARD 3.8 clients on non-Yosemite computers, not all features will work - screen sharing does not in our experience.

Would you mind providing some info on hacking the installer?  I also have 3.2 on CD and was able to update to 3.5.2 on Mavericks but the 3.7 and 3.7.2 updater claim I have a newer version already installed, which is not true from the server standpoint, but maybe true from the client standpoint.

    Thanks for your time.
