Can I make moving Chapter titles in iBA 2?

I would like to make chapter and section pages move. Text on that page should transition from left to right,... like in keynote. But I would like that it starts automaticly, without touch.

I know that there is no such possibility in iBA2. Does anyone know if Apple will include that in iBA 3 or maybe sooner 😉?
