Problems changing country.

I would like the change my country and currency that I use with iTunes. However, I still have £0.29 of british pounds on my account. Because of this, I am not able to change my currency used for iTunes and because there isn't anything that I can buy for £0.29, is there anything I can do to get around this problem?

If you can't spend it then you can try contacting iTunes Support and aks them if they can remove the balance from your account so that you can change countries : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
