Songs split into multiple albulms

For a couple of my albums, iTunes has placed either one or two songs in another album with the same artist, album title, artwork, ect. How do I get iTunes to place all the songs in the same album?

Example:

Album: Alice In Chain's Greatest Hits

Artitst: Alice In Chains

01 Man In The Box

Album: Alice In Chain's Greatest Hits

Artist: Alice In Chains

02 Them Bones

03 Rooster

04 Angry Chair

...etc
