Oct 29, 2013 5:51 PM in response to elanniemby macanics,★HelpfulMore than likely you need to reinstall Java 6, as it will not be included in Mavericks, and will have been removed if instaled in your previous OS. See http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1572

Oct 29, 2013 6:04 PM in response to macanicsby elanniem,★HelpfulI have tried. Unfortunately, it didn't work. I also tried to uninstall and re-install and that only made it worse. Now I have Citrix that won't open. I can't download the client again from the schools apps site. I can't do much of anything. Thank you!

Oct 29, 2013 6:13 PM in response to elanniemby macanics,You may also need to install Java 7 direct from Oracle. See http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp
That page should show you the latest version (currently JRE 7u45) to install. Both copies of Java can co-exist on your mac. I know SPSS needs JRE6 to install, but perhaps your Citrix client needs JRE7.

Oct 29, 2013 6:17 PM in response to elanniemby macanics,It's worth pointing out that IBM are not saying they officially support SPSS 20 for 10.9, and I don't know if they will bother testing that. SPSS 22 is their current product, and they will likely only provide support for that version. It's also possible that you will need to re-activate SPSS with the License Authorization Wizard.

I will have to see about that. And that's a good point. It's only up to 21 through the school. If anything I'll just have to do it at the computer lab. I'll still try here. Thank you.
