Q: When I transfer videos to my Ipod nano 7, they won't play, even though they sync and appear in the menu.

When I press the videos, they start to load, then it goes back to the 'movies' menu and doesn't play them. I have tried both .mp4 and .mov videos, and the size is 640x480. Is my video size off? Please help.
