Nov 6, 2013 5:36 PM in response to TPinsonby markfromsk,At least I'm not alone..
I'm having the exact same problem.
It goes over real well with the teachers when half of the ipad cart is missing the apps they were planning on using for class.

Nov 7, 2013 9:26 AM in response to TPinsonby FSU IT Help Desk,Having the same trouble.
Bought 20 of the appl. 11 went though fine. 9 didn't get the app and 5 show the code has already been redemed.
No sure why the 4 that say they have a good code havent gone through.
Hope there some fix for this.

Nov 7, 2013 10:06 AM in response to TPinsonby designev,We have had the same problems here too. Deploying app codes through Configurator has at times, been quite a nightmare. Most of the time codes are redeemed without issue, but far too often we run into problems.
For example, at a school yesterday I had 33 iPads. I purchased 33 app codes. Before Configurator finished, I had 8 iPads report back errors stating that the app codes had already been redeemed. False. They were new apps, new codes, never redeemed anywhere.
It's these sort of problems that really make it difficult for us to allow school to manage their own set of iPads using Configurator. It's far too glitchy and problematic at this point.

Nov 7, 2013 9:11 PM in response to TPinsonby Kristina77,Me too. Trying to install iMovie onto 15 ipads and had sucess with 12. I am onto day 7 of trying to get these devices set-up. Just like the original post two of the codes show already redeemed. Does anyone know how to get a refund or replacement codes?

Nov 8, 2013 11:45 AM in response to TPinsonby CRodriguez03,This seems to be a reoccuring problem through all of us using the VPP program. I'm having it happen almost on every cart where I'm installing since the latest 1.4.3 Configurator Update. We will be opening up a ticket with Apple and I will share whatever we might discover on here later.
One thing after another right?
The best thing you all can do is either contact your local Apple Rep or call their Education Support Number and open up a ticket on the issue.
This is the US Education Support Number: 1-800-800-2775

Hopefully I'll have an answer this week.

Nov 18, 2013 7:08 AM in response to TPinsonby KTechNE,Im having these problems with codes too, any update from Apple when it will be fixed? Are they able to do anything in the mean time? thanks
-
Nov 18, 2013 7:51 AM in response to KTechNEby CRodriguez03,I've still been working with Apple Support this last week. It's been hit and miss sending them the log files that they are looking for in regards to the storeagent. Our Apple rep also suggested to contact the VPP Support and they requested our VPP sheets to take a look at, I still haven't heard anything from then since last week though.
My only guess is that their is something amiss with either the new configurator or Maverick.

Nov 20, 2013 8:31 AM in response to TPinsonby FMoryn,Exactly the same problem here. I have contacted Apple rep who passed me onto VPP Support - which is apparently Apple Store support team anyway.
I am not sure if that would be OS problem (we are using Mavericks here as well) More of a Apple Configurator problem but then I don't know what is the behind procedure when codes are redeemed.
Does the whole operation of redeeming codes happens only between iDevice and Mac or there is some authorisation going online to iTunes/Apple server etc.
Quite frustrating especially when you have got 30 iPads and there is no consistency in Apps.
Has anyone managed to do any work around?
