poweragent software not recognizing device

upgraded to maverick 10.9 and now poweragent software does not recognize device

Mac Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9)

I should have posted this some time ago. I was contacted by Eric Albers from Saris in mid-November with a PowerAgent update that fixes the problem.


Here is the email I got from Eric:




Thanks for your continued patience. As of today we have a version of PowerAgent that should resolve the issue for everybody without the need to boot into safe mode to download your data.


Please download and install PowerAgent 7.5.8.47 from the link below. Be sure that you are not in safe mode when installing or using this version PowerAgent, also the installation steps have changed slightly so please be sure to follow them carefully.
