iPhone 5S iOS 7.0.3 Artist artwork not appearing

I just received an iPhone 5S today, and updated to iOS 7.0.3. So, I was manually adding music to my new phone, but I noticed most of the artist artwork does not appear in the Music app. Every piece of album artwork does, however, appear.

Out of the 6 artists I have added to my 5S music library so far, only one displays artwork in the artist view -- which is a more organized view that I'd prefer to use.

Is there any way to fix this? I've made various attempts already:

• turning the phone off and on
• wiping the music library and re-adding everything
• adding artwork to the individual music files on the phone through iTunes, etc.

Nothing seems to work. Any ideas? This is driving me nuts!
