Iphone 4 Black screen

So i was doing work in the kitchen and i had dropped my iphone 4 in a sink filled with water. i pulled my phone out as soon as possible, was maybe in there for 2-4 seconds. i then dried the phone and took the sim card out, then placed the phone into a bag of rice having it full submereged for 3 days. i then checked the water sensors in the headphone jack and the inside of the phone and they were all white. i have tried turning on the iphone and it still isnt turning on. tried plugging it into computer and putting it into recovery mode but my home button wasnt working.

my local apple store can fix it for about $100 but i wa seeing if there was a cheaper option possible

any help?
