What are 10 signs of hacking or security breaches that i need to be aware of on my iPhone 4s iOS7

Thanks for reading any answers are appreciated. I am suspicious of my iPhone either being monitored or it's security has been compromised. I would like to know what is important to avoid these and if I'm to late in countering it. My diagnostics and data is always full please help
