Inaccurate battery %

Besides the freeze issue, I'm also experiencing inaccuracy with the battery indicator of my Haswell Retina MBP:

As you can see, the app I installed showed that my battery was at 97% but the Mac itself displayed a full 100%.

Secondly, I did a calibration after I discovered the discrepancy, but my Mac didn't charge back to full mAh (instead of the full 6524 mAh, it charged to something like 64xx mAh). Should I be worried, or should I calibrate it once more in hopes of fixing the issue?

1. Third party apps may not be accurate.

2. My battery will not charge to 100%

Occasionally, the battery may not show a full charge (100%) in OS X, even after the power adapter has been connected for an extended period of time. The battery may appear to stop charging between 93 percent and 99 percent. This behavior is normal and will help to prolong the overall life of the battery.

3.If your portable Mac has a built-in battery, you don’t need to calibrate the battery.

4. Reset SMC. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964

Choose the method for:

"Resetting SMC on portables with a battery you should not remove on your own".

Best.
