I lost my Recovery Key

I was stolen, and I lost my trust device. Now, I have another device and I can't make purchase because it's not a trust device. I followed the steps to confirm my identity, and I can not do anything because I lost my Recovery Key. So... I followed the steps to recover my recovery key, and to do that I need my forgotten key. I need help to solve these problems, thank you. Pedro.

Ps: sorry about my english, I'm Brazilian.

You need to use your password and trusted device - from Frequently asked questions about two-step verification for Apple ID :

If you lose your Recovery Key, you can replace it any time:

  1. Go to My Apple ID.
  2. Select Manage your Apple ID and sign in with your password and trusted device.
  3. Select Password and Security.
  4. Under Recovery Key, select Replace Lost Key.

When you create a new key, your old Recovery Key is no longer usable.

If you no longer have your trusted device i.e. you've lost two of your 3 items then Apple ID: Can't sign in with two-step verification :

If you have permanently lost any two of these items, you will not be able to sign in or regain access to your account. You will need to create a new Apple ID.
