I don't think so since warranty is only honored in country of purchase. iPhone do not have international warranty.

You can only claim warranty support in the Country the iPhone was first sold

If Bangladesh has no official Apple iPhone  presence then the iPhone was a grey import

You will have to find out where it originated to obtain warranty

Warranty for iPhone is only valid in country of original purchase, except for the EU, where warranty is EU wide. Since the iPhone is not officially sold in Bangladesh, your phone could have originated anywhere. You'll have to figure out where your phone came from in order to determine where your warranty is valid.
