Unresponsive screen and broken on/off button on iPhone 5- Need help to restart!

My iPhone screen is unresponsive. Also, my on/off button doesn't work.

I can't restore my phone from my computer because iTunes says I need to disable find my iPhone in my iPhone settings and I can't do that because my screen is unresponsive.

And on top of that Apple wants to charge me $19.99 for their help over the phone. <- A phone call I could only make through Siri and could not end.

And no, siri cannot restart your iPhone:/
