I'm trying to migrate a song from my desktop to my MacBook Pro but it keeps chrashing.

I seems to remember that it should be possible to start up a song withour the designated instruments but i cant remember the shortcut !

Hi, I'm not totally sure I understand your question. If you use "Save As", and check all the appropriate boxes (include audio files, include samples, etc.), you should get a copy that will load on any computer, even if it doesn't have all the same instruments.

If you are using a non-Apple instrument (such as Massive) on your old computer that doesn't exist on your new computer, try exporting the track or doing "Bounce Regions".

You could also try exporting all the tracks as audio files, then open the new session without any need for virtual instruments or plugins (or choose which plugins you print and which you keep).

I hope this helps!
