I've deauthorized all computers but they still appear at my Apple ID! And an older iPad's backup made using former eMac do not let me make sync between my new iPad and new Mac Pro ... Anyone can help me?

Where are you seeing them ? If in the 'manage devices' section then that is different to authorising/deauthorising : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627
I'm not sure what you mean by the iPad's backup and your eMac, but if you are changing the computer to which you sync your iPad then this page may be of help :https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3141
