Hi. Is there some posibility to test app store functionality(downloading my app from app store) for some sandbox mode, without reviewing, but for some special users to download.
You could use Ad-Hoc distribution.

Thanks for answer, but I am going to use ipa files for Ad Hoc beta test, Is there possibility to use app store download (not testflight) without installing packages?
The App Store is used to allow people to buy, download and install your app.
Any other attempt to use it for other purposes is doomed to failure.
