since iOS7 update. The Autodiscover functionality is not working anymore. If you setup an Exchange account on your iOs7 device an enter the email-address, password and the description, the iOS is not receiving anymore the Exchange Server URL, as-well the domain. With iOs6 this worked.

You didn't understand my question correctly. The activesync is working but the autodiscover is not working anymore. So i have to enter the server url and Domain self. It will be not automatically received through autodiscover. The autodiscover functionality worked until iOS6. Since iOS7 it is not working anymore. Maybe it is an iOS7 bug.

No, it isn't a bug. It is a design change for security reasons and the need for it is dictated by the security settings on the exchange server. Not sure I quite get what the problem is. Its a one time data entry when settings up the account.
I have the same issue, but have yet to find a solution. I now must manually enter in the Domain and server information since the iOS7 update. Phones still running iOS6 work just fine with autodiscover and activesync, only noticed the issue after the iOS upgrade.
The UPN of user must match email address "exactly" to make the AutoDiscover work.
I have cases where they do match exactly, and autodiscover still does not work. I don't think this is the problem.
