Apple seems to have removed the ability to assign hotkeys to style names in Pages 5. Bummer. I understand that Apple wants to make the OSX, iOS and iCloud versions more or less identical, but I can't see any reason why they can't keep the ability to assign hotkeys to style names in the OSX version.
