i had problem with the on/off switch and had given for repair to authorised dealer. after four days i was given a new ipad (just the set). Rest of the packing material remained with me. I wanted to know how authentic is the new ipad given to me.

i had problem with the on/off switch and had given for repair to authorised dealer. after four days i was given a new ipad (just the set). Rest of the packing material remained with me. I wanted to know how authentic is the new ipad given to me.

the replaced ipad came without a cover. it looks brand new but some ipad user questioned me on the authenticity of the replaced ipad. i am in doubt now. pl suggest

iPad, iOS 7.0.3, model MD543B/A, serial F85LD97SF19M

Call up apple and confirm the serial number to them to see if they can find it.
