iOS 7.0.3 No SIM Card Installed???

After updating to iOS 7.0.3 on my iPhone 4 I was randomly getting a "No SIM Card Installed" message. I would power off my phone and then power it back on and it would fix the problem. That doesn't seem to work anymore. I made a phone call, hung up, went to make another call and got the message. I have tried powering my phone off and on more than once and it is not working. How do you fix this problem?

Thanks Clyde,

I actually did an online chat with Apple and they did refer me to that link. But you should read the link you are referring to because it does not say to get a new sim card from the carrier first. It actually suggests toggling airplane mode, rebooting, etc before messing with the sim card. in fact it was the last thing that was suggested in the chat.
