Cannot E-Mail with Outlook...Again!

This is a repeated problem from some time ago after Moutain Lion update and it seems to be back after Mavericks.

Beofre I could esily click a picture, click the EMAIL button and it would open MS Outlook and attach the picture to a new message.

Since the update, once I click the EMAIL button it opens outlook and thats it.

Is anyone else having this problem and soes anyone know a solution?
