iPhone 5 Battery not lasting at all with iOS 7.0.3

When is the next iOS update coming out? I currently have iOS 7.0.3 and it is terrible! The battery life is not even half of what it's supposed to be! I get just 10hrs on standby with NO usage at all 😟 I have everything off (push notifications, fetch new data etc) The Airplane mode makes NO difference. More than that, the battery dies even when the phone is switched OFF! Honestly this is just unacceptable, this is Apple we're talking about! Come on Guys!
