Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
When ever I try to sign in on FaceTime it keeps saying "can't sign in. Make sure your connected to the internet" and i'm connected to the internet. I have signed in before. But ever since I got OS X Mavericks it wouldn't sign me in. Any help. Please.

Happens to me as well. Spent hours on phone with support. Was supposed to hear back from AppleCare via a scheduled call back yesterday. Never heard a peep. All email inquires remain unaswered. I've not been able to find anyone who knows how to fix this issue. Best of luck...

I had the same problem, try something then watch the stupid wheel spin. I called 1-800-275-2273 and spoke to customer service for about an hour trying different things. I was about to give up when he asked me to look my system preference then open the time and date. He told me to check the Auto box for time. I was then able to log on to IMessage and Face time. Definitely worth checking out.
