Latest Operating system for I pad
1. I need to upgrade the operation system of my I pad.
Will you please help me resolving this.
iPad, iOS 5.1.1
I suspect that you have the original iPad. If that's the case, 5.1.1 is the latest.

See the chart below to determine whether you can upgrade your device and what you can upgrade to. If you do not have a Software Update option present on your iDevice, then you are trying to upgrade to iOS 5 or higher. You will have to connect your device to your computer and open iTunes in order to upgrade.

Tap Settings > General > Software Update
If an update is available there will be an active Update button. If you are current,
then you will see a gray screen with a message saying your are up to date.
b. If you are still using iOS 4 — Updating your device to iOS 5 or later.

In that case will there be any problem in uploading files related to KEY NOTE Apps on my I pad.
You should not be able to download any updates to the Keynote app that will not run on your iPad.
You will not, to my knowledge, be able to open Keynote files created by the iOS 7 version that was just released.
But you might be able to save a file in a compatible format.
This is in the OS X version, but it may also be available on the iOS version, but I cannot verify that.
The file should be accessible via iCloud.com. Since that Pages is the same as OS X, then you may be able to export from it.
You can also share and email a document.
Sorry to inform you that the presentation was created on my laptop ( Powerpoint presentation) and then trying to upload the same on iPad through drop box & I tune connection.
But in the iPad drop box it has been copied.
While clicking it takes time and hangs back to normal screen.
Is there any up gradation due for these old models.
Not unless you buy a new one.
