Outgoing message on voice mail.

Anyone else having issues with their outgoing message for voicemail? Every time I try and change it I have to go through the process three or four times. It acts like its recording but nothing happens. The latest thing that happened, Siri came on in the middle of recording the last one and cut me off. I'm also having issues with the speaker option when reviewing the outgoing message and listening to voice mails. The speaker will be on but the message is playing through the ear piece. I have to cycle it off and on a couple of times to work.

Any advise would be great!
