You need to contact Apple. Click here, phone them, and ask for the Account Security team, or fill out and submit this form.

You say you can still log in with old email?

Then change the email info first, then change security questions.

Since you can log in, go to AppleId.apple.com and update the rescue email there.

You can then change your security questions.
