iphone5 not connecting to itunes, music frozen, last update won't get off "searching for updates" tried resetting and won't come back on

can't access music, add or update apps, can't connect to update IOS 7:03,

tried to reset and frozen on black screen with apple and white line on it.

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.2
