My ipod (5th gen) will randomly restart while I'm using it, if I have the warranty can I send it in to be replaced?

iPod touch (5th generation), iOS 7.0.3

Reset the device:

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings

If that doesn't help either, restore the iPod > iTunes: Restoring iOS software

If that does not help, you can send your iPod in for service but read here first > What to do when you return or send your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch in for service

And here > Review Service Options
