I broke my iPhone 5 screen.

The other night I dropped my iPhone 5 on the street and my screen cracked. The glass screen is shattered and the glass is even falling out. It is cracked mostly on the top half especially around my face time camera. The camera now allows too much sunlight in & it creates a glare on the photograph. Along with other issues this causes, I have not updated my software.

I have a few questions regarding replacement:

-How much would it be to replace the screen?

-Is it cheaper to buy a new one or replace the screen?

-Are there any locations in Miami, FL that can fix this, if so where?

-If so how much would it cost?

-Would it be a refurbished iPhone 5 or a brand new iPhone 5?
