Oct 29, 2013 9:28 PM in response to Eqqooby David Shanahan,Yeah I know, it's a bug in iOS 7. Sadly not fixed in 7.0.3. Best option I've seen so far is to use a 3rd party app to resize the image and use that picture as your wallpaper. I'm using the free app InstaSize to fix up my wallpaper images currently.

Oct 30, 2013 5:40 AM in response to Eqqooby Skydiver119,Go into the photos app. Find your picture and 'send' it to be wallpaper by tapping the box with the arrow poking out of it. You will have a bit more scalability that way.
The higher resolution your source image is the better your result will be as well.
