iOS Apps Sorting after Backup Restore

Hi and tnxs for reading.

I am getting a new iPhone 5S and need to restore my iPhone4 backup to the new one.

While I always done it successfully in the past with the previous versions, I would like to confirm with you that there are no surprise with the present softwares.

I generally restore my iOS backup from iTunes via USB since it's faster wrt iCloud, and APPs aswell.

My question is: after the backup restoration on the new iPhone, what is the best way to have all the Apps sorted in the same way it was in the old one?

Only once I did a mistake and was not able to restore the way they were sorted, and it was a mess since it is not easy to sort manually almost 200 Apps.
