I bought my iphone 5 from Zurich store last year ( 06.12 2012 ), now home button is not working and if ı visit same store ( Bahnhofstrasse ) which ı bought my İ phone 5 , shall they give me a new Iphone 5 .??.
I have all box and invoice.etc..

it depends if you have hardware warrenty. when you first bought the device they give you a year of hardware warrenty which in your case went out in june of this year. if you had apple care then you should still have warrenty left on the device. if you do then you can get the device replaced for now charge if there is no accendental damage to it. call 1800myapple to get your coverage details.
