where is edit button for top sites?

I'm using Safari 6.1 and I can't edit my top sites. There's no edit button since I updated the software. How do I edit this?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

If you hover the pointer over a top site an X will appear which will remove the site from the list.
