mavericks = flash video problems

anyone else notice that flash videos, like youtube, seem to have problems after mavericks is installed? The worst was when the video stopped and an exclamation mark appeared where video was and the computer audio gave off a loud hum. I had to restart mac to get rid of it

1. System Preferences > Other/ Flash Player > Advanced > Delete All

Press the "Delete All" button



Install Adobe Flash Player.

Quit Safari.


Restart computer. Relaunch Safari.



2. Enable Plug-ins

Safari > Preferences > Security


Internet Plug-ins > "Allow all other plug-ins


Press " Manage Website Settings" button for more options.

New to my mac and loving it. going through usual changes in moving from windows. I am having same trouble with the Adobe flash and I am also having trouble finding the location of the system preferences other string. I get to system preferences fine but cannot locate wehre to do the delete. Sorry new at it!
