Print engine fails from InDesign in Mavericks

Printing with from CS3 version of InDesign crashed. My routine with Mountain Lion was to trash the en.lpro et al. from Resources. But they seem to have moved in Mavericks. Anyone know where they're hiding?

The PPDs should now reside in /Library/Printers/PPDs/Contents/Resources. Using the localisation folders like en.lproj has not been required since 10.7. although some PPD installers are still creating these folders.
