How Do I enable Bonjour for Itunes?

I am trying to home file share as I purchased a new computer to replace the old XP. The old XP iTunes says I need to enable Bonjour but there is no instructions. I noticed another question like mine and the only reply was to got to the Bonjour section of support. There is no answer there.
