I have a Macbook Pro Retina 15" and I noticed performace issues over the last 3 weeks (on 10.8 and 10.9). My write speeds to my SSD are SUPER slow. Reading speeds are about on par. The computer does not have File Vault on. Im not sure exactly why I am not able to get more out of the SSD. Any suggestions?

Is this a late. 2013 (New model) or an early 2013 or older model? The new ones are PCIe based so should be much quicker than that. Around 800-1400mb/s . If it's early 2013 or older then is a sata III drive which at the fasted is knocking on 600mb/s at best.
Now I'm not familiar with the exact read and write speeds of apples oem flash/SSD drives - more manufacturers retail drive speeds. I would however expect that to be higher (even on the read speed to be fair. At least 450mb/s on read). I don't know why. Your write is only a paltry 84mb/s that's redicluous and should be much higher.
Possible reasons.... You've just updated to 10.9 and your drive is still indexing? Monitor this to see if it gets better? Is this an apple drive or aftermarket? If aftermarket do you have Trim enabled? (Ignore if an oem apple drive)
This is a late 2012 model. It is a native SSD, and most benchmark at 300-400+ that I've seen online.
Looked into memeory usage and CPU and nothing big there. Also the Mac is not indexing.

I'm having same issue and was thinking of doing a fresh install of 10.9 to try and fix the issue. Did you do a fresh install or update it via the app store? I also ran the same test on my external hard drives and the same issue occurs. I only realized this issue after updating to 10.9 though.

I don't understand why you'd be getting those kind of speeds from an Apple SSD... which capacity do each of you have?

I have 128GB with about 9GB free sapce. And based on the model number I assume tmcpro has a 256GB. Any tips on isolating this issue to harsware vs. software?
I would begin by seeing what effect slimming down to 12.8GB, at least. SSDs seem to prefer at least 10-15% of their storage space speed. After you've moved or deleted files to get to that 'sweet spot' of 10% free, run Blackmagic speed test again. Just be aware, too, that the smaller the drive the slower it's going to be.

I fixed the issue by completely wiping my SSD. I had 2 OS upgrades, and prior to it I imported settings / files from Time Machine so maybe overtime it just slowed it down.
I am now running at full speed. Deleting files didn't seem to help speed too much.
