My webcam does not work correctly on certain applications. I have found a supplemental download to fix this with OS Mountain Lion, but I now have OS Mavericks. Is there a supplement available for this OS or do I need to wait?

Which applications does it not work on. Have you check the Preferences for the applications that it does not turn on for, to see if there is a setting that is disabled?
If you launch PhotoBooth in you applications folder does the camera turn on?

It works fine on both Skype and PhotoBooth, it does not work on Citrix's GoToMeeting. I previously had Mountain Lion and it did not work then either. I have checked preferences in GoToMeeting and it states that a webcam can not be detected. I played around with other options to no avail.

I've checked their support, and it states that the webcam can not be detected on certain Macbook Airs. It provides a link to Apple for a supplemental download to make it work, but this download is only for Mountain Lion, which is why I was asking if Apple has provided a supplemental download to make this work on Mavericks yet?

You can try to find the new download you need by using your MBA's
> Software Update... menu command or in Apple - Support - Downloads.
If that does not work, ask Apple directly by contacting Apple Support via the Apple - Support - MacBook Air - Contact Support link information.
