After I install new iMovie 10 I have many issues.
I have time machine backup going, now it is full and deleted my last backup. What a mess....
How to repair this huge disk usage ?
Now my iMovie Library has 180 gb disk space and iMovie Events also has 160 GB disk space.
It looks inside iMovie Library same stuff of iMovie Events out there.
How to FIX this ?

If you don't need to continue using iMovie 9, you could delete the Events folder, since all your videos are now in the iMovie 10 Library.
What Mac do you have? Is it possible to put your movies on a separate drive and then exclude that from Time Machine backups?
Now I got rid of iMovie lib for 180 gb, Reindexed everything but I do not think I got 180 gb back. I cleaned Recycle bin too.
I see my Other disk (About this mac->storage) space shows big number, how come I do not get the space back that I need on main HDD ?
When you say "Other disk" are you talking about your Time Machine backup? You can delete the iMovie Library from there.
