iPhone with iOS 7- WiFi won't turn on

When I got iOS 7, my iPhone's wifi turned off and I couldn't turn it back on. I went to Apple communities or help and they said to reset the network setting with airplane mode turned off. I did this several times and nothing happened. Finally, the wifi turned on. I went to make sure it was connected to my home wifi, but it was just loading and saying there where no networks available. My other devices were connected to wifi. That night, the wifi turned off again and I was unable to ten it on. Help?
