Why my iPad 3rd generation doesn't active the 4G LTE signal?

Hi, I have an iPad 3rd generation and I change my cellular plan to a internet plan 4G LTE, this one has been working so good but one day I turn off my iPad and then turned up and then this one gets only signal 3G, I do a lot of troubleshooting and I don't get my iPad get again the 4G LTE signal.

My cellular company check my chip and this one works good on another cell phone, then I ask to change the chip and I pay for a new one and didn't work to, apple change my iPad and I still not getting 4G LTE signal

Some else have a case like this one?

What can I do?

I will like Apple give a solution or change my iPad for a new one but the new generation iPad retina display 4G LTE for resolve my problem.

A 4G LTE signal is not available in all areas. It will vary from location to location. Are you able to test the LTE signal by using another LTE capable device?

Yes, I do a test with another device and it works pretty good and all this week I have been in other areas with 4G LTE signal for test the 4G and it still not having 4G LTE signal in my iPad :( only 3G so the problem persist

I don't know where you're located but the iPad 3rd gen has been reported to not support 4G LTE in some areas (outside of the US).

Hi, I'm from Monterrey N.L. Mexico and my cellular company is Telcel, here we have 4G LTE coverage, and I was working very good with my iPad 3 using the 4G LTE signal but the problem comes when I shutdown the iPad, when I turn it up again this one only get 3G signal and I can't get the 4G LTE signal again. : (

I do a lot of tests and I have the same result, only 3G signal

Try to reset your device as follows:

Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)

1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.

2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.

3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.

I reset the iPad and doesn't work :(

I think this problem is so weard, the people of the cellular company do a lot of test to with my line and iPad and we didn't get a results, I go with them a couple times, if I go again the will kick me Lol :P

I am in the Philippines which has a lot of LTE service near my home and office. LTE works on my iPhone but not on my iPad which is the current model only a few months old. Regardless of what it said in its advertising there is a Menu selection to turn on LTE and it simply doesnt work, why?

Further more because it doesnt pick up LTE it reverts down to Edge instead of 3G. I am highly disatisfied.
